Youth

Our Youth program is designed to introduce young athletes to resistance training. Our main focus is on proper form/technique and safety. The young athletes use very light resistance in their movements. We implement a low-impact program because it is important to protect epiphysial plates (growth plates) when dealing with young athletes. 

Mind/Body integration is very important. By learning proper mechanics the young athletes will get off to a great start. We give the young athletes the tools necessary to enhance their performance and prepare for more advanced levels of development. The young athletes will benefit by: increasing motor skills, coordination, balance, strength, foot speed and help prevent injuries.
