Strength

Chuck Stiggins developed our Strength program. Mr. Stiggins is the Executive Director and member of the USA Strength and Conditioning Coaches Hall of Fame. He was the former Strength and Conditioning Coach at BYU. 

His strength program is considered one of the top programs in the country. By systematically overloading the muscles, the program focuses on developing strength and power. Cary-On-Fitness uses state of the art Tiger Strength equipment, featuring the Power Runner, Squat and Clean. The equipment/program is designed to minimize stress to the joints and maximize muscular development by using proper form and technique.
