The Performance Training gives athletes high quality cost effective training. The small group sessions consist of athletes with similar goals and abilities. - Basic: $400 - 8 weeks, one personal training session
- Pro: $525 - 12 weeks, three personal training sessions
- Elite: $900 - 6 months, six personal training sessions
- Expert: $1500 - 1 year membership, twelve personal training sessions
- Team Training
The Team Training Program offers customized, sport-specific programs to teams. There is always a six to one athlete to trainer or better ratio. Team training programs emphasize sports-specific movements while also developing greater levels of speed, agility, power and strength. Teamwork, camaraderie and leadership skills are also strengthened. This program can be delivered at the Cary-on facility or off-site at the team’s practice facility. Team Rates

Personal Performance Training
Cary-on also offers personal training for athletes who prefer individualized attention. We understand that this is the best option for those that need the absolute best training possible. We always guarantee that athletes participating in a package personal training will experience improvements in speed, core strength, and agility. Personal Training:- $80 per session

- Youth Training
Our Youth program is designed to introduce young athletes to resistance training. Our main focus is on proper form/technique and safety. The young athletes use very light resistance in their movements. We implement a low-impact program because it is important to protect growth plates when dealing with young athletes. Mind/Body integration is very important. By learning proper mechanics the young athletes will get off to a great start. We give the young athletes the tools necessary to enhance their performance and prepare for more advanced levels of development. The young athletes will benefit by: increasing motor skills, coordination, balance, strength, foot speed and help prevent injuries.
