Cary-On-Fitness uses cutting edge research developed by Train Your Frame to customize workouts for each individual. Every person is built differently and has different ranges of motion, so we believe each person should train within their range of motion and keep the stress on the muscle and not the joints. 

Train Your Frame, Inc. has been conducting research on structural range of motion for the past 17 years. This research consists of predetermining a structural range of motion by taking 10 lengths and angle measurements of the skeletal frame. This predetermined structural range allows the individual the ability to select exercises that target specific muscle groups while maintaining structural strength and balance, thus giving them a good understanding of the term full range of motion and how it applies to their structure and its abilities.
